600 sq ft Carnegie Rental includes: 9 linear ft Vintage white Kitchen White textured and trimmed walls with white oak flooring, Black and wood accents. South facing Windows, with an East facing Window. (Brightest the 1st half of the day.) 16 ft white vertical shiplap trim work 12ft white textured portrait wall Vintage Newspaper wall with corner nook Old white brick wall south wall with windows. Rustic Barn door. Access to Kitchette. (Cold Water, Coffee, coffee condiments, microwave, fridge) Studio Props (furniture set up in the studio, plants, accent tables) Basic Set Equipment (backdrop stand, light stands, sandbags, apple boxes) Includes sanitization (electrostatic sprayer) before/after use.

Cancelation Policy

There aren't any refunds or credit for cancellations less than 24 hours notice. 48+ hours notice is Full Credit. 24-48hrs notice is Half Credit We are sensitive to emergency situations, please reach out to us if there is an unforeseen circumstance.
