Service Description

150 square foot Dream Room Rental includes: 2 Large north facing windows letting in lots of Natural light any time of day. 11 ft white shiplap accent wall 2x 10 ft white walls ready for your own accents, or rent some of our backdrops. with Natural wood floors (recently sanded and buffed) Includes use of Nest furniture. Wood carved day bed (great for family, littles, mom and baby) Vintage victorian chair, bohemian chair, and lots of small seats/stools for littles. Can add on Newborn Beanbag and Frame Set up for $30 Day rental. All Rentals include: Access to Kitchette. (Cold Water, coffee condiments, Nespresso machine for fresh brewed coffee, cappuccinos, espresso, microwave, small fridge) Studio Props (furniture set up in the studio, plants, accent tables) Basic Set Equipment (backdrop stand, light stands, sandbags, apple boxes) Includes sanitization (electrostatic sprayer) before/after use.

Cancelation Policy

There aren't any refunds or credit for cancellations less than 24 hours notice. 48+ hours notice is Full Credit. 24-48hrs notice is Half Credit We are sensitive to emergency situations, please reach out to us if there is an unforeseen circumstance.
