Service Description

800 square foot Grand Room Rental includes: 4 north facing windows letting in lots of Natural light any time of day. 13 ft classic wainscot trimmed wall 15 ft white square wainscot trimmed wall 13 ft white vintage Brick wall 20 ft grey textured wall with Natural wood floors (recently sanded and buffed) All Rentals include: Access to Kitchette. (Cold Water, coffee condiments, Nespresso machine for fresh brewed coffee, cappuccinos, espresso, microwave, small fridge) Studio Props (furniture set up in the studio, plants, accent tables) Basic Set Equipment (backdrop stand, light stands, sandbags, apple boxes) Includes sanitization (electrostatic sprayer) before/after use.

Cancelation Policy

There aren't any refunds or credit for cancellations less than 24 hours notice. 48+ hours notice is Full Credit. 24-48hrs notice is Half Credit We are sensitive to emergency situations, please reach out to us if there is an unforeseen circumstance.
