You may reschedule or cancel your booking through your Vintage Loft Account, or by contacting us.
We do not give refunds, however we give full studio credit if cancelling with 48 hours notice. There is no credit given when cancelling less than 24hrs. Our weekend themed set bookings need 7 day cancellation for credit.
