You may reschedule or cancel your booking through your Vintage Loft Account, or by contacting us.

• We do not give refunds, however we give full studio credit if cancelling with at least 24 hours notice. There is no credit given when cancelling less than 24hrs. Our weekend themed set bookings need 7 day cancellation for credit.

• Indoor shoes are required in each studio. In order to keep our floors clean for all our clients, please have yourself and guests bring (not wear) the shoes you will wear on set.
